CLARIFICATION
A photo on page B3 on Thursday showed a dog seated on a chair at a Minneapolis restaurant. To clarify, the proposed ordinance allowing dogs in the outdoor areas of participating restaurants would prohibit them from being on chairs, tables or other furnishings.
