A story on Page C1 Thursday incorrectly reported the resolution of a 2009 assault charge against Gophers men's basketball player Trevor Mbakwe. He pleaded no contest and was placed on probation in February.

A story on Page B1 Wednesday incorrectly identified the medications that Essentia Health bought from a Massachusetts company whose steroids are linked to a nationwide meningitis outbreak. Essentia bought three injectable medications from the New England Compounding Center: a diuretic, a drug to treat headaches after electroconvulsive therapy and a medication that promotes drug absorption. These drugs have not been associated with the meningitis outbreak, but the Food and Drug Administration warned Monday that all of the company's injectable medications may put patients at risk for fungal infection.

Larry Fitzgerald's brother Marcus was misidentified in a column on Page C3 Thursday.
