CLARIFICATION
A story on Page D1 Wednesday about the new Target Plaza Commons building in Minneapolis was unclear about the project's architect. It was Ryan Cos. U.S. Inc., which also served as the builder. Local firm Julie Snow Architects did design work on the project.
