Corrections and clarifications

A story on B3 Wednesday mistakenly reported grades given by Education Week magazine to Minnesota and the rest of the nation. Minnesota got a C while the national average was C-plus. Also, the grades were based on various criteria measuring use and availability of technology in the schools, not how STEM (science, technology, engineering, and math) subjects are taught.
