CORRECTIONS

A story on Page D1 on Friday inaccurately described the relationship between Entropy Solutions founder Mark Wallace and Cub Foods. Wallace advised Cub Foods about better packaging for melting ice cream.

It was incorrectly reported on Page C9 Thursday that Vikings defensive coordinator Leslie Frazier received a contract extension when he was named assistant head coach. His contract expires after the 2009 season, but that was the term of his original contract with the team. No additional years were added.

CLARIFICATION

An article on Page B1 Friday gave incomplete information about the flu vaccine. To clarify, the vaccine does not completely protect people against all types of Type B influenza strains.
