A photo was published in error on Page D1 Tuesday with a story about the Trevor Cook Ponzi scheme. Retired Valspar executive Robert Pajor testified that he lost money in the scheme, not the current board chairman, William Mansfield, whose photo appeared with the story.
A story on Page D2 Wednesday incorrectly reported the name of the company replacing Supervalu Inc. in the S&P 500 stock index. Phillips 66 will be added to the index in Supervalu's place.
