Corrections and clarifications

The dividend announcement for UnitedHealth on Page D2 Thursday was incorrect. UnitedHealth declared a dividend of 16.25 cents, a 30 percent increase from the previous dividend of 12.5 cents.

Shane Churla of the Minnesota North Stars was incorrectly identified as Neal Broten in a photo illustration on Page C1 Thursday.
