Because of incorrect information provided to the Star Tribune, the address of the Brookdale Library was incorrect in a story on Page B2 Thursday. The library is in Brooklyn Center.

A column on Page C1 Thursday incorrectly reported the date on which Wild player Pierre-Marc Bouchard suffered a concussion. Bouchard was originally injured March 25, 2009. He tried to play in the team's season opener on Oct. 9, 2009, but missed the rest of the 2009-10 season because of post-concussion symptoms.
