The top-ranked Concordia-St. Paul volleyball team defeated Wingate University 3-1 in the NCAA Division II volleyball quarterfinals Thursday at the University of West Florida.
The Golden Bears are trying for their sixth consecutive national title and have won 34 consecutive postseason matches.
At 5 p.m. Friday, Concordia (31-4) will play either BYU-Hawaii or West Texas A&M, depending on who wins the quarterfinal between those schools played leter Thursday afternoon.
