DEBT AND EQUITIES Boston Scientific Corp., Natick, Mass., said Wednesday that Standard and Poor's Ratings Services has raised the company's rating outlook to positive from negative, while affirming the company's corporate credit rating at BB+.

The S&P upgrade follows the Moody's actions of March 12, when it raised the company's outlook to stable from negative. Boston Scientific employs about 5,000 in the Twin Cities.

UnitedHealth Group, Minnetonka, today announced it has become an American Red Cross Annual Disaster Giving Program member. UnitedHealth Group is committing to a threshold level of multiyear support to the American Red Cross Disaster Relief Fund.
