Supervalu Inc., Eden Prairie, declared a regular quarterly dividend of 17.25 cents per share payable March 16 to stockholders of record on March 2.
MERGERS AND ACQUISITIONS Medtronic Inc., Fridley, completed the acquisition of privately held Ablation Frontiers Inc. The transaction includes an initial payment of $225 million plus potential additional payments contingent upon achievement of certain clinical milestones. The purchase of the California-based company expands Medtronic's portfolio of devices to treat atrial fibrillation, an abnormal quivering of the heart.
