DEBT AND EQUITIES Celleration Inc., Eden Prairie, completed its Series D financing, raising $30 million. Celleration is the developer of the Mist ultrasound device that promotes healing through cellular stimulation while removing bacteria from wounds. Venture Investors co-led the financing round with Heron Capital and Clarian Health Ventures.

DIVIDENDS Arctic Cat Inc., Thief River Falls, Minn., declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 7 cents per share of common and class B common stock, payable Sept. 4 to shareholders of record Aug. 22.

Hawkins Inc., Minneapolis, declared a semiannual cash dividend of 26 cents per share payable Oct. 10 to shareholders of record Sept. 26.

NEW BUSINESS Alliant Techsystems, Eden Prairie, and BAE Systems have teamed to compete for the upcoming Navy and Marine Corps joint allied threat awareness system program, the next-generation missile warning system that will provide protection for rotary-wing aircraft from infrared guided missiles.

PERSONNEL PreVu Inc., Brooklyn Park, formerly known as Wilsons the Leather Experts, announced the resignation of Stacy Kruse, chief finanicial officer and treasurer, effective Sept. 1.

Vital Images Inc., Minnetonka, has named Vikram Simha chief technology officer and executive vice president of engineering.
