American Dairy Queen Corp., Edina, has named Barkley its new advertising agency of record after a four-month formal agency review. Barkley will be responsible for all television creative work in the U.S. and Canada.
Cretex Cos. Inc., Elk River, said it has added RMS Surgical, a new company representing a consolidation of RMS Co.'s instrumentation manufacturing and JunoPacific's sterilization case and tray manufacturing. The newly formed entity completed construction of a new manufacturing facility in Anoka.
LEGAL MATTERS Sage Electrochromics Inc., Faribault, Minn., a manufacturer of dynamic glass, filed a patent infringement lawsuit in federal court in Northern California against View Inc., formerly Soladigm Inc., of Milpitas, Calif.
