DEBT AND EQUITIES Regis Corp., Edina, said an early Easter and price increases in 5,600 of its hair salons helped same-store sales increase 1.4 percent in the third quarter, which ended March 31. Revenue rose 3.8 percent, to $680 million, in line with analysts' expectations. The company operates such stores as Cost Cutters, MasterCuts, Vidal Sassoon, PureBeauty and Hair Club for Men and Women.

DIVIDEND Pentair Inc., Golden Valley, declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of 17 cents per share, payable May 9 to shareholders of record April 25.
