Cycle Country Accessories Corp., Minnetonka, elected Lance Morgan a new independent member of its board of directors. Morgan is founder, president and chief executive officer of Ho-Chunk Inc., an economic development corporation of the Winnebago Tribe of Nebraska, and is a partner in the law firm of Fredericks Peebles & Morgan. Morgan replaces Paul DeShaw, who no longer satisfied the independence standards of Rule 10A-3 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 because he recently bought a large block of the company's common stock. DeShaw resigned from the audit committee but continues to serve as a director and is independent for all other purposes.
