Datacard Group, Minnetonka, acquired Dynamic Card Solutions (DCS), a provider of instant-issuance software for financial card programs. Terms were not disclosed. Datacard plans to maintain DCS staff and a Denver-area facility.

PERSONNEL

Analysts International Corp., Edina, announced that Andrew Borgstrom resigned as president, CEO and company director. Under a services agreement he'll be available to assist AI through Jan. 31. He was named president and CEO nine months ago. Brittany McKinney, 39, was named interim president and CEO. She joined AI three years ago and has been senior vice president.

Debt and equities

H.B. Fuller Co., St. Paul, has authorized a share repurchase program of up to $100 million of the company's outstanding common shares and declared a regular quarterly dividend of 7 cents per share of common stock. The dividend is payable on Oct. 28 to shareholders of record on Oct. 14.

Wireless Ronin Technologies Inc., Minnetonka, said its application to transfer the listing of its common stock (RNIN) from the Nasdaq Global Market to the Nasdaq Capital Market has been approved, effective this coming Monday.
