Our unusual winter notwithstanding, Blu Ice Bar opened for its second year at Grand Superior Lodge on Dec. 21. The icy structures include a bar, a lounge and several replicas of lighthouses. The 14-footer designed after Split Rock Lighthouse one-ups the original: Its beacon casts rays every night. On the menu are oysters and a "blutini," a drink made smoky and mysterious with dry ice.
