The history

This will be the 19th time the Wolves have participated in the draft lottery and the third time they go in with the best odds of winning the No. 1 pick. The first two times were misses:

1992: Third in the lottery. Drafted Christian Laettner after Shaquille O'Neal (pictured) and Alonzo Mourning.

2011: Second in the lottery. Drafted Derrick Williams after Kyrie Irving.
