WOMEN'S GYMNASTICS REGIONAL
When: 6 pm. Saturday
Where: University of Minnesota Sports Pavilion
Who: Gophers, Oklahoma, California, Illinois, San Jose State and Southern Utah, and individual competitors from Iowa, Air Force, Hamline and Wisconsin-Whitewater.
Tournament format: Saturday's regional is one of six being held around the country, with six teams competing at each. The top two teams from each regional will receive automatic bids to the NCAA championships in Birmingham, Ala., from April 18-20. The top two all-around gymnasts who are not on teams that receive bids also will qualify for the championships.
