Macalester will make its first-ever appearance in the NCAA Division III football playoffs at noon Saturday against No. 1 Wis.-Whitewater.
How to watch: The school will host an on-campus viewing party in the Nystrom Hall of Fame Room at the Leonard Center beginning at 11:15 a.m. Both the football game and the NCAA Division III cross-country championships — featuring Scots runner Kimber Meyer — will be shown.
