Traded again: The Celtics sent Garnett and veterans Paul Pierce and Jason Terry to the Nets for future first-round picks in 2014, 2016 and 2018 plus Kris Humphries, Gerald Wallace, Kris Joseph, MarShon Brooks, Keith Bogans and D.J. White.

Brooklyn years: The Nets were 44-38 a year ago, losing in the second round of the playoffs. Garnett has averaged 6.6 points and 6.7 rebounds in his one-plus seasons in Brooklyn.
