Talent all over

Three things to know about No. 1 Ohio State, the Gophers' opponent on Saturday:

1. For all that talk about QBs …

The most dangerous Buckeyes player with the ball in his hands might be Ezekiel Elliott. The junior running back leads the Big Ten and is No. 5 in the country at 141.3 yards per game.

2. Urban can coach

Urban Meyer is 46-3 in four-plus seasons at Ohio State. He's won 21 in a row — the fourth time a Meyer team has won at least 20 in a row — and has the highest winning percentage (.852) among coaches active for at least 10 years. In games which he's had more than a week to prepare, Meyer is 41-3 in his career.

3. Bosa the beast

Ohio State's offense is an attention magnet, but let's not forget about Joey Bosa. The junior defensive end has 8½ tackles for loss this season (second in the Big Ten), 24½ sacks for his career and is likely a top-three NFL draft pick. He had six tackles, a career high, last November at TCF Bank Stadium.
