The no. 1 seeds

Florida

After a couple of early slip-ups, the Gators have been one of the most consistent teams in the nation. Florida heads into Sunday on a 25-game winning streak.

Wichita State

Some will argue the Shockers don't deserve it because of their decidedly weak schedule, but their incredible achievement of going undefeated will earn them what they're due.

Arizona

Armed with the nation's No. 1 defense, the Wildcats lasted 21 games before they even took their first loss. Now, they seemed primed to compete for a national championship.

Michigan

The fourth No. 1 seed is up for some debate, but Michigan may have played itself there with a tight victory over Ohio State in the Big Ten semifinals. Other potential No. 1 seeds, Wisconsin and Villanova, were eliminated from their conference tournaments.
