A closer look at the four seniors in the Gophers secondary:

Eric Murray, CB

6-0, 199 pounds

High school: Milwaukee Riverside University

2014: 69 tackles, seven pass breakups, one interception, one fumble recovery, two blocked kicks; second-team All-Big Ten selection.

Briean Boddy-Calhoun says: "He's just the best press corner, I think, in the country right now."

Briean Boddy-Calhoun, CB

5-11, 190 pounds

High school: Wilmington (Del.) Delcastle Tech

Junior college: Coffeyville (Kan.) Community College

2014: 51 tackles, five interceptions, nine pass breakups, two forced fumbles, one fumble recovery; first-team All-Big Ten selection.

Eric Murray says: "There are a lot of people who talk, but everything he's ever said to me, he's done it."

Damarius Travis, S

6-2, 208 pounds

High school: Pensacola, Fla.

2014: 61 tackles, including 3½ for a loss, five pass breakups, two interceptions, one forced fumble, one fumble recovery.

Antonio Johnson says: "What makes Damarius special is his instinct for when the ball's in the air, and his ability to come downhill in run support."

Antonio Johnson, S

6-0, 206 pounds

High school: Cleveland Shaker Heights

2014: 33 tackles, including 2½ for a loss, three pass breakups and one interception.

Damarius Travis says: "He's a hard worker, he's a heavy hitter, he can cover. He can do it all. He's very unique, and he's a smart player."
