Note: In August 2007, the Lawson board's compensation committee authorized an updated total compensation study that was completed by the consulting firm Frederic W. Cook last September. Based on that report, and on individual performance compared with individual objectives, the compensation committee approved a base salary increase of $125,000, or 23.8 percent, for Debes.
Director-level management employees also split a $500,000 discretionary bonus awarded by the board's compensation committee for the successful integration of the Intentia International acquisition.
