Robin Williams' children and wife have gone to court in a fight over the late comedian's estate.

In papers filed in San Francisco Superior Court, Williams' wife, Susan, said some of the late actor's personal items were taken without her permission and asked the court to exclude the contents of the home she shared with Williams from the items he said his children should have.

The children, Zachary, Zelda and Cody, countered that Susan Williams is "adding insult to a terrible injury" by trying to change the agreement and rob them of the late actor's personal items.

James Wagstaffe, an attorney for Susan Williams, said Monday that his client was only seeking guidance from the court about the meaning of certain terms in the trust. An attorney for the children, Allan Mayer, declined to comment.

Williams died in August. The coroner ruled his death a suicide.

Knight hospitalized after plea

Marion "Suge" Knight pleaded not guilty to murder and attempted murder Tuesday in a Compton, Calif., courthouse. Moments later, he was taken to a hospital after experiencing chest pains. The former rap mogul, 49, faces a potential third strike in a case that stems from a violent encounter in Compton last week. Los Angeles County sheriff's deputies say Knight ran over Terry Carter, 55, and Cle "Bone" Sloan, 51, after a fight. Knight, wearing an orange jumpsuit, also pleaded not guilty to two counts of hit and run and allegations that he committed a violent felony while out on bail pending another case. He's being held without bail and if convicted could be sentenced to life in prison. He is scheduled to appear in court again Monday for a bail review hearing

No charges: Prosecutors have declined to file charges against a former "Power Rangers" actor arrested in the stabbing death of his housemate. The Los Angeles County district attorney's office said Tuesday that prosecutors have asked sheriff's investigators for further investigation regarding the weekend death of Joshua Sutter. Deputies arrested Ricardo Medina on Saturday. Authorities said Medina stabbed Sutter in the abdomen with a sword. An investigation found that the actor got into a fight with his housemate, who later forced open the door of Medina's bedroom.
