Bobbi Kristina Brown has been moved to hospice care after months in the hospital, and a lawsuit has been filed against her partner.

Her aunt Pat Houston said Whitney Houston's daughter's condition has worsened. Despite the great medical care at numerous facilities, Bobbi Kristina Brown's condition has continued to deteriorate," her statement read. "As of today, she has been moved into hospice care."

Brown, 22, was found face down and unresponsive in a bathtub in her Atlanta area home Jan. 31. "We thank everyone for their support and prayers. She is in God's hands now," the statement read.

A lawsuit filed Wednesday against Brown's partner, Nick Gordon, accused him of being abusive toward Brown, misrepresenting the nature of their relationship and taking more than $11,000 from her bank account without authorization. Calls to Gordon's attorney weren't returned.

Brown is also the daughter of singer Bobby Brown. Whitney Houston was found unresponsive in hotel bathtub on Feb. 11, 2012, and died shortly after.

Sarah Palin, Fox News part ways

Fox News Channel and Sarah Palin are cutting ties again. The network said it was not renewing Palin's contract as a contributor. The split was described as amicable. The 2008 Republican vice presidential candidate had joined Fox to great fanfare in 2010 and left three years later after some unpleasantness. Fox News chief Roger Ailes was reportedly angry that Palin had chosen another media outlet to announce she wasn't running for president in 2012. But only a few months after she left Fox, she rejoined the network as a contributor. Last summer, Palin started her own subscription-based online network, "The Sarah Palin Channel."
