Alison Sweeney's life revolves around high drama, whether it's by hosting the emotionally draining series "The Biggest Loser" or getting wrapped up in the latest over-the-top story line on her soap opera, "Days of Our Lives." No surprise, then, that her favorite song of late is also an emotional roller-coaster ride.

"'I'm Yours' from Jason Mraz feels like the soundtrack of my life right now. I tweet about it whenever I hear it on the radio. It's got a great beat and melody, and then there are the lyrics about believing in love and going about your life. It's like he's saying, 'OK, that didn't work, now I'm going to try this.'"
