Blowout by the numbers
The Gophers put up some gaudy offensive numbers on Saturday against their FCS opponent: 58 points (TCF Bank Stadium record), 592 yards (sixth-highest total in school history), 31 first downs (first time topping 30 since 2004). Some of the top individuals:
Mitch Leidner, QB: Completed 20 of 30 passes for 295 yards and tied his career high with four TD passes.
Drew Wolitarsky, WR: Eight catches and career-high 125 yards and two touchdowns.
Kobe McCrary, RB: Junior college transfer had 17 carries for 176 yards and TD runs of 6 and 50 yards.
