Smith Foundry, Minneapolis, named Nathan Smith executive vice president and chief operating officer. Smith joined the company in 2016 and held leadership positions at Element Materials Technologies, Best Buy, Otoka Energy and United Technologies.

Carlson Hotels, Minnetonka, named Andrew Skobe executive vice president and chief financial officer. Skobe was executive vice president and CFO for Croscill Home and CFO for WestPoint Home.

Sisu Healthcare IT Solutions, Duluth, named Dan Persons vice president of customer experience. Persons held leadership positions at UnitedHealth Group, GlaxoSmithKline, Express Scripts, NovoLogix and Thrivent Financial.

The PrivateBank named Brad Sprang managing director and senior relationship manager for its Minneapolis commercial banking team. Sprang was senior vice president and managing director for U.S. Bank’s sponsor finance group.
