Wells Fargo named Tim Traudt head of regional management for the Private Bank. Traudt joined Wells Fargo in 1982 and most recently was senior managing director for the private bank's Great Lakes region. He serves on the board at Bethel University and World Relief International.

RSP Architects, Minneapolis, named Heather Dunn, Terry Helland, Dev Jain, Tom Kouri, Bonnie Krause, Derek McCallum, Ian Scott and David Serrano principals.

Wingnut Advertising, Minneapolis, named Ann Elkins vice president. Elkins joined the firm in 2011 and was an account director.

Gage, Plymouth, named Jennifer Cole senior project manager. Cole joined Gage in 2010 and was an engagement manager. Gage also named Michelle Hoffman public relations manager. Hoffman joined Gage in 2015 and was senior public relations specialist.

Gray Plant Mooty, Minneapolis, named Rick Thompson chief information officer. Thompson was chief information officer at Brownstein Hyatt Farber Schreck in Denver and worked for Reinhart Boerner Van Deuren in Milwaukee.

United Properties, Bloomington, named Gordy Stofer vice president, office development. Stofer was a director at Hines Interests Limited Partnership in Denver and worked for Cherry Tree & Associates.

Electromed, New Prague, named John Kowalczyk vice president of sales. Kowalczyk was president of DorsaVi and was vice president of sales at Medtronic.

Retirement Guardians named Peter Rizzo president. Rizzo was director of operations for ARPwave and worked for Coldwell Banker Burnet.

Dominium, Plymouth, named Rachel Kolar senior corporate accountant and Tricia Kneisl senior property accountant.

American College of Bankruptcy named Jim Lodoen a fellow. Lodoen is co-chair of Lindquist & Vennum's financial restructuring and bankruptcy practice.

American Institute of Architects gave the Young Architects Award to Amy Kalar and Karen Lu. Kalar and Lu are architects for HGA Architects and Engineers.
