Prime Therapeutics, Eagan, named Jim DuCharme president and chief executive. DuCharme joined Prime in 2012 as chief financial officer and worked for Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, Capital District Physicians' Health Plan and Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Vermont.

The Opus Group, Minnetonka, named Tom Shaver president of Opus Healthcare. Shaver was chief operating officer of Opus Holdings. He was president and chief executive for Opus North and worked for Liberty Property Trust and CB Richard Ellis. The Opus Group also named Matt Rauenhorst vice president, real estate development and Phil Cattanach director, real estate development.

Wilmington Trust named Lon LeClair senior vice president. LeClair joined the firm in 2008 and is a division manager in the global capital markets division. He is a graduate of St. Olaf College and is based in the Minneapolis office.

Community Bank, Chaska, named Steve Weitz market president. Weitz joined the bank in 2014 as executive vice president and head of business banking and held leadership positions at BMO Harris Bank.

J. Murphy & Associates, Minneapolis, named Becky Boland and Nancy Swanholm development directors, Mary Rozwadowski and Kathryn Keeler development mangers, Michelle Byers human resources manager and Rachel Fulkerson director of communications, fundraising and events.

Eldermark, Minnetonka, named Julie Pitsenbarger vice president of operations for Minnesota exchange. Pitsenbarger was regional director for Ecumen. Eldermark also named Dustin Pease chief information officer. Pease was a lead developer and manager at Digital River.

Kraus-Anderson, Minneapolis, named Tim Mayer talent acquisition director. Mayer was the senior talent acquisition specialist for Mortenson Construction and worked for Manpower Professional. He is a graduate of St. John's University and received his master's from the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management. Kraus-Anderson also named Aaron Zable project manager and Brian Kobow project superintendent.

Gage, Plymouth, named Reid Gorder senior developer. Gorder was an independent consultant and worked for Target Corp. and Medtronic.

Gausman & Moore, Roseville, named John Samuelson senior mechanical engineer. Samuelson was a lead mechanical engineer for Target Corp. and is a graduate of North Dakota State University.

The Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) named Jim Lukaszewski member emeritus of the board of ethics and professional standards. Lukaszew­ski has been a board of ethics and professional standards member for 22 years. He is president of the Lukaszewski Group division of Risdall Marketing Group.
