United Properties, Bloomington, named Chris Wold senior investment analyst. Wold was vice president/property manager at Meridian Land Co., a subsidiary of United Properties.

Anchor Bank, St. Paul, named Stephen Nesvig senior vice president, business banking. Nesvig joined Anchor in 2009 and was vice president, commercial banking. He is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College. Anchor Bank also named Steve Dobin vice president, mortgage lending and Kim Bundich Snelling bank manager.

TKDA, St. Paul, named Leslee LeRoux vice president of marketing and business development. LeRoux was the marketing manager for the Duluth office and worked for the Area Partnership for Economic Expansion in Duluth. TKDA also named Dennis Postler vice president of the municipal services division. Postler joined the firm in 2014 and worked for Rani Engineering, Foth Infrastructure & Environment and Bonestroo.

Gray Plant Mooty, Minneapolis, named Jane Marrone principal. Marrone was a shareholder for Nilan Johnson Lewis.

Associated Bank named Doug Vitek senior vice president/head of business development with the asset based lending group for the Minneapolis office. Vitek held leadership positions for NXT Capital, Dougherty & Co. and GE Capital. He is a founding member of the Turnaround Management Association's Minneapolis chapter.

Signature Bank, Minnetonka, named Steve Droen vice president in business banking. Droen held leadership positions at Voyager Bank and Flagship Bank Minnesota.
