Nilfisk-Advance, Plymouth, named Diane Lapp chief financial officer for its U.S. sales company. Lapp was chief financial officer for Navarre Corp. and has worked for Crystal Farms/Michael Foods. She is a graduate of Bemidji State University.

Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp. named Paul Berg associate director in the firm's Minneapolis office. Berg was vice president in the real estate department of U.S. Bank and worked for Centennial Mortgage & Funding and JPI Development Partners. He is co-chairman of the legislative committee of the Minnesota Shopping Center Association and on the board for the Boys & Girls Clubs of the Twin Cities.
Briggs and Morgan, Minneapolis, named David Clark shareholder. Clark was a partner at Faegre Baker Daniels in the finance and restructuring group and earned his law degree from the University of Minnesota.
Waterstone Mortgage Corp. named Becky Hennessey area manager for its Minnesota region. Hennessey has more than 29 years of experience in sales, operations and marketing.
Clarity Coverdale Fury (CCF), Minneapolis, named Matt Russell media negotiator. Russell was senior media negotiator at Compass Point Media and has worked for Campbell Mithun. CCF also named Amy Fox senior project manager. Fox has been with CCF for seven years and is a graduate of Gustavus Adolphus College.
Gage, Plymouth, named Sam Zastrow engagement manager. Zastrow has worked for Energy Resources as an account manager. Gage also named Luke Mueller senior developer and Logan Wilberts user experience architect.
