Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Minnetonka, named Patrick Andersen president, Americas. Andersen was executive vice president U.K. and Ireland, Nordic and Eastern Europe. He has worked for Deutsche Post Worldwide Network and DHL.

Dorsey & Whitney, Minneapolis, named Robert Swayze chief financial officer. Swayze was chief financial officer at Gardere Wynne & Sewell, Dallas, and has worked for Fulbright & Jaworski, Perkins Coie, Gray Cary Ware & Freidenrich and Baker & McKenzie.

Tile Shop Holdings, Plymouth, named Chris Homeister chief operating officer. Homeister was the general manager and senior vice president of Best Buy's entertainment business group and has worked for Gateway and Amoco.

Nystrom, Brooklyn Park, named Gretchen Kelly chief financial officer. Kelly was a partner and client service manager for HLB Tautges Redpath. She serves on the Construction Financial Management Association executive committee and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

On the move

Razr Marketing, Plymouth, named Phil Dell vice president of health care strategies. Dell was the general manager for American TeleCare and a former executive pastor at Lord of Life Lutheran Church. He was a co-founder of the Optum division of UnitedHealth Group and a former president of Medex Global Group.

Solve, Minneapolis, named Shawn Hansen an account director. Hansen was a regional account director for RPA, Santa Monica, Calif.

Haberman, Minneapolis, named Jim Landry associate creative director/art director. Landry has worked for Clarity Coverdale Fury, Mono and Fallon.

Digitaria named Tom Flint senior director of strategy. Flint was director of digital for Gabriel deGrood Bendt and has worked for Periscope.

Northern Trust, Minneapolis, named Jason Schuller wealth strategist. Schuller was senior vice president and manager of wealth management service for Securian Trust Co. and has worked for Piper Jaffray. He is an adjunct faculty member at the University of St. Thomas and a member of the Minnesota State Bar Probate & Trust Legislation Committee.

Western Bank, St. Paul, named Terri Fleming senior vice president, commercial banking team lead and SBA lending. Fleming was senior vice president, government lending at Sunrise Banks.

Tradition Mortgage, Edina, named Jim Krantz vice president and partner. Krantz has more than 18 years of mortgage banking and management experience and most recently was a vice president for Crow River State Bank.

Baker Tilly Virchow Krause named Jeffrey DeYoung to the board of partners. De­Young is managing partner of the firm's Minneapolis office.
