The Washington County Attorney's Office on Wednesday charged former Brooklyn Center police officer Kimberly Potter with second-degree manslaughter in the fatal shooting of Daunte Wright, 20, during a traffic stop. Potter resigned from the Brooklyn Center Police Department on Tuesday.
