Bipartisan crowd parties at Mancini's during annual Ranger Party
Every spring, there's a morning in which everyone at the Capitol seems to be moving a little slower. That's the morning after the fabled Iron Range party at Mancini's in St. Paul. This year the party -- which attracts a bipartisan crowd to celebrate the Range and its virtues (and vices) -- will take on special meaning. Rangers and others will celebrate the late former Rep. Tommy Rukavina, the diminutive loudmouth who was a champion of the Range for decades before his untimely passing earlier this year.
