Style hounds have been clamoring for the MOA to bring fashion-forward retailers like Uniqlo and Zara to the land of 10,000 stores. Neither of those hot properties has materialized, but the mall upped its cool quotient by welcoming the country's third location of Moods of Norway. While the colorful brand's Norwegian roots seems like a nice fit for Minnesota, its style is anything but Midwestern reserved. The women's dresses and sweaters are highlighted by striking lines and color combinations that scream attitude. And if you're a guy who's comfortable wearing a hot-pink suit — shop here.
