They have a great beer list, perhaps a photo of a locally brewed beer being pulled off the tap, with the dining room in the background, as the environmental shot?

Those unfamiliar with the Gray House are missing out, and here's just one reason why: On Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday nights, chef/owner Ian Gray prepares a three-course $20 meal that reflects his hyper-seasonal, hyperlocal ethos. Menus are posted a few days in advance on the restaurant's Facebook page (tinyurl.com/mbagrhl), but the lineup usually includes a salad, a trio of entree choices (including a creative vegetarian option) and a simple dessert. The gastropub's scrupulously researched beer selection is an added bonus. 610 W. Lake St., Mpls.; 612-823-4338; thegrayhouseeats.com
