Ben McLemore scored 28 points as the Houston Rockets beat the Raptors 119-109 in Toronto on Thursday night.

McLemore hit nine of his 18 shots and eight of his 17 three-point attempts on a rare night that James Harden didn't lead the Rockets in scoring.

The NBA scoring leader did tally 23 points on just 11 shots and only six free throws. Russell Westbrook added 19 points, 13 rebounds and 11 assists.

Washington 119, Philadelphia 113: Bradley Beal had 26 points and 10 rebounds as the Wizards beat the Sixers. The Sixers dropped to 5-7 away from Philadelphia — where they are 10-0 this season — despite 33 points from Tobias Harris, 26 points and a season-best 21 rebounds from Joel Embiid, and 17 points and 10 assists from Ben Simmons.

Denver 129, New York 92: Will Barton scored 17 points to help the Nuggets beat the host Knicks. Jerami Grant added 16 and Monte Morris had 15. The Nuggets shot 56% from the field, had eight players reach double-figures and stopped a two-game losing streak.

Phoenix 139, New Orleans 132 (OT): Devin Booker scored 44 points to lift the Suns over the host Pelicans in overtime. Booker connected on 13 of 24 shots, five of 11 from three-point range, and 13 of 13 free throws.

Note: Kelli Tennant, who earlier this year accused Kings coach Luke Walton of sexually assaulting her in 2017, dropped her lawsuit this week against the Kings coach.
