Bar: Poor Richard's Commonhouse. This former Majors in Bloomington features an old English feel, a new dance floor and a twice-a-day happy hour.

Deal: For drinks, $3 tap beers and cocktails, plus 25-ounce mugs at $4. For food, it offers appetizers priced between $2.99 and $4.99, including bleu cheese bread, salmon sliders, Sam Adams mussels, Thai peanut wings and much more.
