Opus Development Group LLC has sold two prime acres of real estate in Maple Grove to Great Southern Bank.
Terms were not disclosed.
Missouri-based Great Southern Bank will build a new branch at 7680 Zachary Lane, part of the Fountains at Arbor Lakes development, a spot with easy access to Interstate 94.
Opus' Nick Murnane says, "We've seen new activity in 2012 into early 2013, and this sale is a great testament to the improving industry.The bank, meanwhile, also has branches in Roseville, Edina and Lakeville.
