Ballroom dance star from Minnesota overcomes tragedy
On July 15, 2017, Neli Petkova and her fiancé, former dance partner Nic Westlake, were struck by a light rail train that blew through a stoplight going 29 mph, smashing into their vehicle and pushing it sideways down the track.
