Drinking is a suspected factor in the crash of an ATV on a dark road in northern Minnesota that left the operator dead, authorities said.
The wreck occurred about midnight Saturday on North Wasson Lake Road in northeastern Itasca County, the Sheriff’s Office said.
Kyle D. Sagedahl, 23, of Bemidji, was taken by air ambulance to North Memorial Medical Center in Robbinsdale and died there, the Sheriff’s Office continued.
“Alcohol is believed to be a factor,” a statement from the Sheriff’s Office read.
