LADY GAGA & THE MUPPETS' HOLIDAY SPECTACULAR - On Thanksgiving night, THURSDAY, NOV. 28 (9:30-11:00pm, ET), the ABC Television Network will air a 90-minute special, "Lady Gaga & the Muppets' Holiday Spectacular," an avant-garde twist on the classic holiday variety show as Lady Gaga goes backstage with The Muppets, making a performance dream come true for the multi-platinum singer songwriter when they combine forces to sing holiday favorites and Lady Gaga hits. Sunday

You might get goosebumps when Carol Burnett yanks on her ear after receiving "The Kennedy Center Mark Twain Prize" (7 p.m., TPT, Ch. 2), a star-studded celebration with great clip choices and heartfelt tributes from Tim Conway, Tina Fey, Amy Poehler and Julie Andrews. You'll be glad you spent your time together.

Monday

"Young Lakota" (9 p.m., TPT, Ch. 2), a documentary that's part of the "Independent Lens" series, profiles Sunny Clifford, a young Lakota woman who returns to South Dakota's Pine Ridge Reservation and gets drawn into a political firestorm raging around the issue of abortion.

Tuesday

"Dancing With the Stars" (8 p.m., KSTP, Ch. 5) wraps up an enjoyable but frustrating season in which a lot of well-deserved contestants got the shaft too early while Bill Engvall just kept sailing along. It's clear that the viewing audience is voting more on sentiment than talent. Some of the viewers' power needs to be stripped until they earn it back.

Wednesday

"Saturday Night Live's Thanksgiving Special" (8 p.m., KARE, Ch. 11) offers two hours of classic clips and the almost near certainty that we'll once again get to talk turkey with Debbie Downer, the gift that keeps on giving.

Thursday

You'd think a Thanksgiving Day special with Lady Gaga would feature her emerging from a giant turkey. Instead, we get "Lady Gaga and the Muppets' Holiday Spectacular" (8:30 p.m., KSTP, Ch. 5) with appearances by Elton John, RuPaul and Joseph Gordon-Levitt. Stick around for the end in which Gaga reveals she's the biological daughter of Sam the Eagle.

The "winners" have all been Turkeys, no matter the honor's name.

In this photo taken Monday, March 6, 2017, in San Francisco, released confidential files by The University of California of a sexual misconduct case, like this one against UC Santa Cruz Latin Studies professor Hector Perla is shown. Perla was accused of raping a student during a wine-tasting outing in June 2015. Some of the files are so heavily redacted that on many pages no words are visible. Perla is one of 113 UC employees found to have violated the system's sexual misconduct policies in rece
