There's more of a buzz down at its south Minneapolis offshoot, Town Hall Tap, but the original Seven Corners hangout remains the go-to haven for getting your taste buds hopped up or malted over. Brewmaster Michael Hoops and his crew retain a strong lineup of regular brews, from the year-round, award-winning Hope & King Scottish Ale to seasonals such as the 1800 (a truly old-school IPA) or the Saaz Pilsner. There are always surprises on the menu, too. We're still trying to wrap our minds around the Ginger Mango Masala Mama IPA.

Runner-up: Barley John's Brew Pub
