Pick a "Blade Runner"

It might be hard to believe, but there are even more new DVD editions of "Blade Runner" than there are versions of the movie (if you count HD DVD and Blu-ray formats). Your options are:

"Blade Runner: The Final Cut Special Edition" -- two-disc set (Warner, $21).

"Blade Runner: Collector's Edition" -- four-disc set ($35); includes the final cut, plus the U.S. and international versions and the director's cut.

"Blade Runner: Complete Collector's Edition" -- HD DVD and Blu-ray versions of the standard-disc "Collector's Edition" (five-disc sets, $40 each).

"Blade Runner: Ultimate Collector's Edition" -- a limited, numbered, five-disc set packaged in a "Deckard briefcase" with additional memorabilia ($79); includes the final cut, plus the U.S. and international versions, the director's cut and the "work print" version. Also available on HD DVD and Blu-ray (five-disc sets, $100 each).
