Bae Tigre – Local musician Ranelle Johnson's synthesis of classical and electronic music that boasts an impressive live show with a full band featuring an electric cello and viola.
Space Heater – Just try not to smile at this sunshine-y power pop quartet.
Beasthead – A unique indie-electronic four-piece supported by Fort Wilson Riot.
Murder Shoes – Minneapolis' answer to Best Coast or Cults. Tasty surf vibes here.
MR DR –Two housemates – local songstress Stacy K and Dave Mehling of The Fontanelles – collaborating on groovy fun-pop.
Glow Mechanics – An honorable mention from our 2014 Are You Local? contest that has enjoyed spins on national college radio stations. They've entered their infectious hip-hop into the ring once more.
Shiner - Teens channeling Arctic Monkeys and Pink Floyd, making some solid garage rock.
Flithy Animals – A psychedelic, funky rock band with R&B and soul overtones. Snag tickets to their album release show at the Turf Club on Feb. 20 before it sells out like their EP release party did!
