Minnesota Wild coach Mike Yeo was upset with his team during Wednesday morning's practice on the heels of Tuesday night's 4-3 overtime loss to San Jose at the X. He yelled at his team, left the ice in anger and had his assistants continue practice.
In addition, center Mikko Koivu and goalie Darcy Kuemper left the ice with injuries during the session. Defensemen Marco Scandella (unknown injury) and Nate Prosser (ill) were not practicing, and winger Zach Parise is absent to be with his father, J.P., who is in the late stages of lung cancer.
Here's a sampling of tweets from Wild beat writer Michael Russo, who watched practice and will write more later on startribune.com.
