Alternatives to the Sandpiper crude oil pipeline
Minnesota regulators are considering alternative routes for Enbridge Energy's proposed $2.6 billion crude oil pipeline through northern Minnesota. Two proposed alternatives are entirely different routes, avoiding much or all, of the northern Minnesota lakes region.
